I have stayed here many times over the years and have always enjoyed my stays. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always very friendly. My only complaint is with the airport shuttle in that it doesn't run in the first flight of the day. But they're always willing to get safe taxis. I have not had any bad experiences here in many stays. (The motion detector lights in front of the elevators do take a little getting used to!)
The beaches in Veracruz aren't that great, and you rarely see people swimming, but this hotel is located just one block from the beach side road with incredible views. The service is great, the resturaunt/room-service is open until 10pm, the breakfast is the same every day, but it is free and delicious. The staff is attentive and helpful, and very accommodating, as well as friendly. Not every employee speaks English, but there is usually someone there who does and can help if your spanish is not great. The rooms are spacious with comfortable views and great hot water and pressure in the shower. I was stuck here for 3 weeks on my motorcycle trip waiting for new rims and it made it a little less annoying having to wait being at this hotel (Coatzacoalcos is not a very lively town with much to do- and can get pretty boring after a while). The parking lot is not gated, but is well lit, surveilled, and there is 24 hour security. I highly recommend, if staying in Coatzacoalcos. It is well located having around malls and near by the beach. The service is excellent. If you need a taxi, you can ask for one at the reception; the restaurant service is really good, the rooms are clean and safe. I also like that the swimming pool is in an intimate area of the hotel. The employees are very polite and well trained. I enjoyed staying there.
The installation are really great, good service and really warm. About the rooms are comfortable but not really big and lights in the room are individual lamps, the view is great.
